This notice covers information deliberately submitted through the public Durability Labs website. It does not replace the engagement-specific data, security, retention, validation, or processing terms required before confidential work begins.
The short demo gate asks for work email, company, role, and primary need. A workflow request accepted through the Durability Labs lead endpoint may also include name, industry, team-size range, workflow, milestone horizon, optional role, deployment preference, non-confidential context, source path, and ordinary campaign attribution. Public forms do not ask for a phone number, file, patient or safety information, product record, credential, or controlled document.
Submitted information is used to record and respond to demonstrated interest, qualify and route a bounded workflow request, deduplicate retries, protect the intake from abuse, maintain an operational reference, and send transactional receipts and separate founder alerts. Submission does not enroll the visitor in marketing or approve an engagement.
The public site does not send general funnel-event calls from the browser. Durability retains conversion information that a visitor deliberately submits and the operational records required to secure, route, notify, and follow up on that submission.
Historical aggregate funnel-event tables and records are preserved rather than deleted by this change. They receive no new general browser events and remain subject to their existing recorded retention dates and access controls.
The Vercel-hosted lead endpoint validates the request and writes through a server-only Supabase client. Transactional notifications may be dispatched immediately through the portfolio email relay and delivered by Customer.io, with an hourly recovery pass for failed notifications. Shravani Vatti and Saad Kakakhel receive separate internal alerts containing an opaque reference, source path, and submission time rather than prospect details.
Durability validates and normalizes submissions, deduplicates retries, uses a hidden bot field, and applies rate limits. Lead capture does not retain raw IP addresses or browser user-agent strings; short-lived keyed hashes support rate limiting.
Only submitted conversion information and its necessary operational records are retained going forward. Unconverted requests retain their existing 12-month deletion date. Converted relationships and engagement records may follow a different documented retention requirement.
The demo opens at pharma.durabilitylabs.ai. Use only its preloaded synthetic material. Do not upload client, product, patient, safety, credential, or controlled information.
